Daily Rates (minimum rental is 7 nights)

SNOWBIRDS:
Winter rental (November - April) is only available when traveling
SOUTH.
RV's are not winterized and cannot be driven on snow covered
roads. Minimum rental is one month.
RENTAL PRICING DETAILS:
There is NO preparation fee.
The price is based on double occupancy, that means FREE person
kits for 2 persons (bedding, towels, dishes, pots & pans, kitchen
utensils, cutlery, camping chairs, and a first aid kit, among other
items.) Additional person kits are charged with only $75 per person.
FREE 100 kms per day are included.
FREE pick up from the Vancouver Airport or hotel is included.
(not available for short term rentals under 10 days)
NO charge for second or third driver.
NO additional charge for pick up and/or drop off on Saturdays.
We are closed Sundays.
INSURANCE AND COLLISION DAMAGE REDUCER (CDR):
All vehicles are automatically covered with a $5 million liability
insurance and carry a $4,000.00 collision deductible. The renter’s
collision deductible can be reduced from $4,000.00 to $600.00
($1000 for the 31'MH) by purchasing the CDR. The current rate is
$20.00 per day ($25.00 for the 31'MH), plus taxes.
We recommend travel plan cancellation insurance.
Upon request, we will send you a copy of the terms and conditions
of our rental agreement.
S&C
EXTRAS: Child or baby car-seats (booster seats) for the little
travellers: $50
gas barbeque/grill: $50, bike rack: $50.
12% harmonized sales tax (HST) must be added to all prices.
These rates are based on a minimum rental period of 10 days.
(Rentals of a shorter period are available at a $150 surcharge.)
We accept Visa and Mastercard or payments by bank transfer.
Mileage packages:
100 km per day are included in the prices listed above.
Mileage package 1: 500 km for $165.00
Mileage package 2: 1000 km for $320.00
Additional mileage is calculated at 35 cents per kilometer
AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:
a) 5 % Long-term discount for bookings longer than 28 days.
b) 10 % Long term discount for bookings over 45 days
c) 10 % EARLY BIRD SPECIAL discount
(for rentals in 2012 starting after May 31)
when paid in full before February 15, 2011.
Discounts can be combined to a MAX of 15%
